If it's in your budget, I would run a separate amp depending on what your running for a sub.

Like I know for my future system, I'm planning on getting an AudioQ 12" sub running off a 600W mono amplifier. Then getting a 4 channel amp for the front and rear stage.

250x2
1000x1 monoblock

I could use the 50x4 and the 1000x1, but I do not like how the amps are not the same size. They look the same, but are not of equal widths. The 250x2 and the monoblock are the same widths. But then that leaves the rear fill with only power from the deck.

I am not worried about rear fill, but it is there, so I might as well use it. Now as far as me deciding to use 1 amp to power all 5, I mainly like the idea because..............

1) Less power and ground cables to run
2) Distribution block is not needed
3) This amp is actually 2 of their amps running off of on larger power supply and in one heat sink
4) I like the look of one long amp in an amp rack
5) The 5th channel is a class D sub amp. My sub is a dual 2ohm voicecoil
6) And honestly, 1k watts is too much for me

Unless I find other amps to better suit my needs by the time the build comes, I will probably run with just the 5 channel. But thanks for your input.

That deck is hideous. But almost all of the new ones are. Audio Q I still know nothing about. But they just look like a company that bought another companies designs from 4 years ago. That amp is not going to really make those subs work. (Provided those subs have the power handling actually rated.) This amp would only be like 1/4 power.

What is with the love Hifonics is getting now a days? I know they are cheap and all, but those are (or at least were) on the same level as Boss.

I see, well I guess its a good thing I asked you first, I'm only set on the sub, I'm having trouble finding the rating, so I have no idea what amp to get. What would you suggest on a deck > $250?
