I'm just gonna name a few ways that can help you out.
Personal Journal Write down a log of your starting weight, and everyday keep track of your weight gain/loss, for me I just memorize what I weighed before, and love seeing what I weigh after, that's what I do mainly. Pictures of yourself Take pictures of yourself everyday, or once a week and you will see the results of your hard work, thus motivating you to keep going. Forum Signatures Forum Signatures meaning updating on your weight by putting it in your signature and letting everyone else see it, this isn't what I do, but I know people from other forums that do. Of course there may be some other ways, but these are just some that are the easiest to do for you IMO, and I use some of them to keep me motivated.
