Remember the good old days?

Hey everyone,
I keep thinking about the old days of whenever, when I would be excited to go to my friends house to play halo 2. MLG was a new thing, and trying to follow teams was awesome after discovering it.
Back when GamingVidz and H3F were in full swing, more than three years ago, it seemed so much more fun. What's happened to those days? Why can't we re-create them?
Halo 3 just seems like it has isolated such a large majority of the community that it doesn't feel anything like the same. I miss playing random ass custom games until who knows when, trying to get out of this map, and find another glitch on this map.
Does anyoen else feel like Halo is dying?

Halo has died, sad to say it.
That's why I play CoD now, because it has the same feel of trying to rank up and at the same time I have people to play goofy custom games with.

I agree with Filman. It's dead. I'm sure there's a way to bring it back, but no one has come up with it yet.
I'll just have to resort to random hookups with guys named Chris Dewitt. Fuck...

It died for me after Halo 2... I dislike a lot of games now and honestly I just get on to talk to old friends, I have to say I really do miss the days of Halo 2...

i do Really really miss H2, i remember when just me and STA could sit there and play 1v1s over and over and laugh our asses off the whole time. not to mention FFAFOREVER, lol. playing one game on midship for hours on end.
