I found this on Bnet and thought it was a really good tage which is surprising for the ones that they normally post. The editing was amazing in my mind, and there is a clutch flag stop right before the credits

I couldn't enjoy it because I've hate what the editing in Halo 3 videos has come to.

In all honesty, so did I. I was kinda disappointed when I saw it was a Halo montage.

Halo 2 editing was just so much better... I can't really put my finger on what exactly made it so much better for editing though

Not at all. Halo 3 editing is far superior to Halo 2, it's just that everybody edits the same way now. Nobody has a style. Like this one.
