That list is bullshit....did I really see scrabulous? How is that revolutionary? I agree with the wii sports, link, mario64, wolfenstein and the older games. But where is goldeneye and halo ce, both revolutionized there genre.

I agree with this... all these games they said oh well you didnt hear about it thats not surprising but they led to so and so is BS. If no one heard about it and it was not popular then no one would make a game based on that genre because they would not believe it to be successful

They don't have to be known, like that 70's text based adventure game. Didn't know that it existed but hearing about I would see how that was revolutionary to video games.

I just can't see how a game like scrabulous is so revolutionary.

Well think about it, Wolfstein was really the first FPS. Halo and Goldeneye were all basically based off of that idea.

I agree with the whole Dune II one being weird 'this was a commercial flop, but it was the first RTS'

Halo was revolutionary for sure, but I think by groundbreaking they mean, something that hadn't been done before, but because of it, more games like it were made.

I see what your saying, I'm still going to stick with goldeneye though. It made FPS multiplayer what it is today.

PaRappa the rapper? What. In. The. Fuck.

God dam I missed how good the games were even without these high end graphics we see today.

Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Doom, Quake.

They're putting Perfect Dark on XBL Arcade in the near future.

Perfect Dark (the first one) did so as well. It was the same game but with women.
