Overview:

Ok, after a talk with Tony, we decided ripping on this board will not be permitted. Now, since this isn't an actual GFX forum, we will not go to the extreme of a ban. However, anyone proven to be a ripper will be barred from all SOTW contests.

Submitting a possible ripper:

If you think someone ripped, and you think you can prove it, please do. Shoot me a PM or post in here with your accusation, and proof. If indeed the person did rip, then their name will be displayed here, and will be barred from competing in SOTW.

However, if you decide you don't like someone, and just want to accuse without proof, you will receive an infraction for spamming. Please, take the time to gather your facts, compare very closely, and submit it properly.

For the idiots that do not know what ripping is, it is stealing a sig (or ANY art) and calling it your own or putting your name on work you did not make.

That has happened to me, it pissed me off soooooo much. Some jerk from Turtle Beach Headsets stole one of my sigs and put a turtle beach logo on it to promote their company. I was furious, I hate rippers

Rippers should be banned imo, at least from the graphics section.
If you rip once, to a lot of people you will always be a ripper.

Once a rip is reported, we will all discuss and see if they indeed ripped or not.

Thats different. Taking something already made and calling it yours is ripping. Basing signatures, but making it yourself is ok.

I said there should be a policy on ripping like a month ago..
Some people rip stocks without knowing because people put them in stock packs when they don't belong.
