Woke up and first thing I did was watch it after my DL. I was incredibly impressed by both the solid gameplay and the great editing by insane. I thought the angles were a great touch and I believe this defines Halo 3 Montages, the usage of such new techniques that weren't possible in Halo 2 really help to enhance the experience in my opinion.

if its over edited then yea, i hate too much free cam, takes away from the gameplay. but i think insane did a great job on this project. truly a great friend, editor, and person. Thanks man

I'm the kinda guy who likes to just watch the clip, no fancy flying cam going outside his helmet to the next guy to watch him get shot. But w.e

I'm a halo n00b anyway.

I personally liked the flying angles and the use of theater. It really set it apart from most recent films. I've seen a whole lot of "over the top color correction plus in your face micro syncing plus MLG clips" that seems to be the standard. This is shockingly different, in a good way. I think Insane did a great job. The music was great, and the pacing was very nice. Some of the clips were eh, but I really don't look for stellar gameplay so much as creativity when it comes to montages. After a certain point, having X amount of awesome overkills and exterms on high level players gets boring.

I really, really enjoyed that video, Insane.

The editing was top knotch and the clips were very enjoyable to watch.
