| TBFE Level 10 | I've done back machines and other back exercises, but I still can't seem to tone up my back as I want it. What all can i do to make this happen? |

![]() Best Forum Poster | I was talking to my sports medicine teacher (who is also a doctor) and he was telling me that to also help your back, you must work your back to equal the workload on your body. Like the tricep and bicep help each other and work against each other if that makes sense. |

| TBFE Level 7 | The only back things I do is pull ups, and lat pull downs. Balanced, kinda like what fattony said. |

| The Superior 2000 | Lat pull downs, pull ups, seated rows, lumber jacks, morning rises, any type of rows. Do low weight but high reps and you'll see results. Don't do them everyday, every other day. If you do them everyday you'll destroy your muscles and basically do the opposite of your goal. |

| Take it or leave it ![]() Best Team 1500 | Every other day isn't good either. If you can do them every other day with the same amount of weight your probably not lifting enough. Muscles need more than one day of rest. |
