Default Everyday workout for a 16 year old.

I weigh roughly 180 pounds. Im not Fat and Not Skinny. Flat chested and working on my Sexy Six pack.

Heres my work out and Times.

In the morning BEFORE COLLEGE.

25 Press ups

7kg Dumbells, 15 to the side.

7kg Dumbells, 25 lifted from your weist up towards your arm pit.

After college i go to the gym and do stuff there (to much to name)

Before BED i do.

30 press ups (thats my max, chest touching the floor)

7kg Dumbells, 15 to the side.

7kg Dumbells, 100 lifted from your weist up towards your arm pit.

50 Sit ups

50 Pull ups from the bottom of the sofa (it gets that Siz pack coming out in no time)

Do this Constantly for a month and you'll see your Six pack poping through and the muscle on your arms counting!

Anyone that can actually follow this and try to use it, power to you. If you want a better understanding and description of how to properly do the exercises this kid is trying to describe, PM myself or Quinn. He and I have YEARS of experience on our own and even more in combined knowledge.

Do not take the advice of someone who is just starting out.

I just want to know what in the hell are you doing with these dumbbells of yours (that you are giving in metric units of measurement), and how do pull ups help build a six pack? Please give me your logic on the latter part of my previous statement.

i think the metric weights are because hes from the UK or outside the US

but i really dont see extensive work to help a six pack out, certainly not in a months time

kg is easy to convert to our shitty nonsense system though.

2.2 lbs = 1kg

Regardless, it is not an effective training routine.
