CTS's are sick cars but I hope you're not planning on doing any of the engine work yourself
No I'm not. My uncle is a 30 year GM mechanic, so I have him to help me pick one out and work on it. I'm probably too stingy to get one any time soon though.
haha yeah that would work haha
Debating whether or not to put the 4 strips of LED lights that I got from my friend for free in my foglight covers..........
not a fan of the LED fogs unless they came with the car, but thats just my opinion.
Fixed that fuse situation today. It was a blue 15 but I couldn't tell which was blown so I replaced them all it only cost $3. So happy now because driving without music sucks.
That's generally where I've started to lean... especially on my little car.
I'm still thinking about (some point down the road) getting a set of angel eyes for the little guy.
If he lives to the age of 15, it will be my present to him.
Second gear = HOLY SHITTTTTTT or OH FUCK
Clearly never fails.... That thing is a monster.
Want to do that so bad.
Would you be interested in a set of 4 LED strips for your car? They general use for anything, and I don't think I'm going to use them but have them from my friends old build. If you are interested let me know and I can ship them to you, you can have them for free.
They are the LED's that were on this car's fogs:
PS: Let me know what y'all think of that build
I've never really had a large understanding of automobile maintenance, or anything of the like. I can change oil, brake fluid, spark plugs, power steering fluid, etc. but I still do not feel like I have a basic understanding of how my engine works and how to get peak performance out of it.
Halp a fellow car noob?
yeah that R35 is nasty. And I want a GoPro sooooo bad, there was a car forum having a group buy for $199 and I didn't have the money at the time.
I don't really know what I'd use the LEDs for either if I'm being honest. Maybe under the hood? Idk. And you've shown me that Mazda before, it's pretty nice lol
what are you trying to know specifically? To keep your engine running strong keep up with the regular maintenance like oil and air filter changes.
Just let me know if you want them, you could use them for under seat // under dash lights if you wanted as well. My friend didn't like them as much as other products that are out there and thinks that he won't use them on his next car. He's planning on getting an old 2004 TT 3 Quattro (or the old TTS).
send me a pic of em I guess
Do not want.
Absurd yes... but do not want lol.
do want, so bad. although my 160whp wouldn't even utilize it lol
besides you don't even have a turbo to worry about lag with =P
I know it's amazing. Love my fucking amazing I6
and I love my I4 and turbo whoooooooosh =P
Just realized that i don't have any pictures of my engine... fail.
Btw, changing my valve cover gasket in a couple days. I'll post pics of the operations.
